Exchanges, Returns and Refunds Policy

General Conditions:

Mr Nécimas prioritizes quality and customer satisfaction, using advanced technology in the manufacture and distribution of our products. All items are guaranteed against manufacturing defects, as established by the Consumer Protection Code.

Refunds:

According to Art. 49 of the CDC, the consumer can withdraw from the contract within 7 days of receiving the product or service, when the purchase is made outside the commercial establishment. To request a refund, please contact us by e-mail: mrnecimas@gmail.com or by telephone.

Policy on Exchanges, Returns and Repentance:

Withdrawal or regret is only applicable to purchases made off-premises. In these cases, the consumer must communicate their intention to withdraw within 7 calendar days of receiving the product. Returns will only be accepted if the product is in perfect condition, with no signs of misuse or physical damage, and accompanied by the original packaging.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the product is not available, we offer the following options:

Choice of another product, with financial settlement if necessary; or
Refund of the amount paid. The customer can also opt for store credit, valid for future purchases.
