Shipping and Delivery Policy

Attention to Order Address

At Mr Nécimas, we guarantee that products will be sent to the address specified by the customer. To avoid delivery mishaps, we ask that the delivery address be filled in accurately.

Absent recipient

It is essential to ensure that there is someone available to receive the package at the address indicated. The carrier will make up to two delivery attempts at no extra cost. If it is not possible to deliver on the second attempt, the shipment will remain at the delivery unit for up to 5 calendar days.

If the package is not picked up by the recipient after this period, the shipment will be returned.

All information about delivery attempts is recorded in the order tracking, available on our website, just use your tracking code.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Mr. Nécimas is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If the address is incorrect, the package will be returned to the sender without further delivery attempts. If delivery is not possible due to discrepancies in the address provided, there will be no refund. You will have to pay a new shipping fee to send the product back.

Processing time

Once the order has been processed and payment confirmed in our system, the next steps include sorting, packing and dispatch, usually completed within 1 to 5 working days.
